Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping (Canada):
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
International Shipping:
- We ship to over 200 countries worldwide
- Standard International: 10-30 business days depending on destination
- Expedited International: 5-15 business days depending on destination
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier issues.
Shipping Carriers We use trusted carriers including Canada Post, UPS, DHL, and other regional carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.
Order Tracking All orders include tracking information. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
International Orders - Duties & Taxes For international orders, all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated and collected at checkout. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at Support@trendmoose.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
